When white tea particularly aged for three years, it valued for its medicinal properties due to its minimal processing. Over time, its active components—such as tea polyphenols, catechins, and amino acids—enhance through long-term storage, gradually transforming into compounds that offer health benefits.

Preparation
2-3 g tea leaves (approx. 1,5 teaspoon) to 100 ml ( approx Indian traditional tea cup) of filtered water at 90 °C temperature ; leave to infuse for 30 sec ~ 1 minute. Infuse same tea leaves 7 ~ 8 times.
